Job summary

CACI International Inc. in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior Paralegal to support the Department of Justice’s mission on the Radiation Exposure Compensation Program (RECA).

The role focuses on litigation support, discovery, motions, and trial preparation under supervision. Candidates should have a paralegal certificate or JD or be in ABA-accredited program, plus at least two years of litigation experience and proficiency with Lexis/Westlaw and eDiscovery tools like Relativity.

Qualifications

Requires paralegal certificate, JD, or ABA-accredited law school with at least one year of study.
At least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience, including 1 year in automated litigation support.
Sound knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research tools (Lexis/Westlaw).

Responsibilities

Support discovery, prepare motions, briefs and other legal documents.
Summarize depositions and transcripts; maintain case files; perform research.
Index, track and manage document discovery and exhibits; assist attorneys in court.
