Job summary

Qualifications

Experience supporting complex legal matters including litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, or regulatory matters.
Experience managing discovery in litigation matters, including eDiscovery tools.
Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to evolving technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support across litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, and regulatory matters, partnering with attorneys and outside counsel.
Take primary responsibility for select matters, coordinating strategy, witness preparation, and risk assessment.
Manage eDiscovery activities: data preservation, collection, analytics, review, and production.
Apply AI-enabled tools and innovative workflows to improve discovery outcomes and efficiency.
