Job summary

You will collaborate with attorneys, business clients, outside counsel, and eDiscovery service providers to manage matters end-to-end and implement innovative workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex legal matters including litigation.
• Experience managing discovery in litigation matters, including eDiscovery tools.
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Interest in applying AI and analytics to improve legal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across litigation, employment, EH&S, and regulatory matters.
• Lead select matters with attorneys on strategy, witness prep, and risk assessment.
• Oversee eDiscovery activities: preservation, collection, analytics, review.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and providers on defensible eDiscovery approaches.
• Support depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials with exhibits.
• Apply legal tech, AI tools, and workflows to improve discovery outcomes.
