Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex legal matters in corporate or law firm settings.
• Experience managing discovery in litigation, including eDiscovery workflows.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in applying AI-enabled tools to improve legal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Take primary responsibility for select matters, partnering with attorneys and outside counsel on strategy and risk assessment.
• Manage legal matters and associated eDiscovery activities, including data preservation, collection, data analytics, review and production.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and service providers to develop defensible, cost-effective eDiscovery approaches.
• Conduct investigations, witness interviews, legal research, and fact analysis.
• Support depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials with exhibits and materials.
• Apply legal technology, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and innovative workflows to improve discovery outcomes and efficiency.
• Experiment with alternative and transformative work models using technology and data-driven insights.
• Apply strong judgment and collaboration to support team objectives.
