Job summary

The Koch companies are seeking an experienced legal professional to support complex litigation, employment, EH&S, and eDiscovery matters. You will help drive defensible, data-driven workflows and manage critical discovery activities across multiple practice areas while partnering with attorneys and outside counsel.

In this role you will apply AI-enabled tools, conduct investigations, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver efficient legal services and practical strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex legal matters in corporate or law firm settings.
• Experience managing discovery in litigation, including eDiscovery tools.
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to new technologies.
• Interest in applying AI-enabled tools to improve legal workflows and discovery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, regulatory matters.
• Take primary responsibility for select matters with strategy, witness prep, mediation support, risk assessment.
• Manage legal matters and associated eDiscovery activities: data preservation, collection, review.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and service providers on eDiscovery approaches.
• Conduct investigations, witness interviews, legal research, and fact analysis.
• Support depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials with exhibits and resources.
• Apply legal technology, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and innovative workflows to improve discovery outcomes.
• Experiment with new work models and data-driven insights to optimize legal processes.
