Qualifications

Experience supporting complex legal matters in corporate or law firm settings.
Experience managing discovery in litigation matters, including eDiscovery tools.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support across litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, and regulatory matters, partnering with attorneys and clients.
Take primary responsibility for select legal matters, including strategy and risk assessment.
Manage matters and eDiscovery activities: data preservation, collection, review, and production.
Coordinate with stakeholders and service providers to develop defensible, cost-effective eDiscovery approaches.
Conduct investigations, witness interviews, legal research, and fact analysis.
Support depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials with exhibits and materials.
Apply AI technologies and data-driven insights to improve discovery outcomes and efficiency.
