Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or currently attending an ABA accredited law school with one year of study completed; or equivalent education/experience.
• Two years of litigation paralegal experience or related project work required.
• Experience with automated litigation support and legal research tools (LEXIS/Westlaw).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to client attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
• Organize and manage documents/data, maintain chain of custody, ensure accessibility of case materials.
• Conduct research, draft data/reports, pleadings, and summaries; assist with filings and privilege reviews.
• Attend witness interviews and assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization.
• Utilize CaseView for case management and prepare presentations using PowerPoint/Excel.
