Considine Search is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our litigation team in San Diego. You will partner with attorneys and paralegals to manage complex cases, draft court-ready documents, and support e-discovery and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate has seven years of litigation experience, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office. This role requires independent work, strong communication, and the ability to travel and handle deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage discovery requests and document production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge to manage complex cases and use technologies to increase efficiency.
• Develop relationships to gather data and resources for case work.
• Prioritize multiple projects and implement effective organizational methods.
• Review and analyze documents, conduct research, and provide insights to support case objectives.
• Create and maintain files, documents, and data.
• Prepare and edit legal documents and analyses.
• Mentor junior paralegals and staff.
• Demonstrate strong case management throughout the lifecycle.
• Engage with clients and manage ongoing communications.
• Conduct client-provided material review and summary.
• Contribute to shared knowledge resources and best practices.
