Job summary

GCG is seeking a MID-SENIOR LEVEL PARALEGAL in San Francisco, CA for a full-time onsite role. You will draft pleadings, assist with case development, and manage discovery workflows under attorney supervision, using Westlaw/LexisNexis and eDiscovery platforms like Relativity or Everlaw.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of substantive paralegal experience in litigation, and are proficient in PACER and state/federal court filings, along with advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of substantive paralegal experience.
• Litigation support experience is essential.
• Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, or equivalent research tools.
• PACER and state/federal court filing experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, redlining, TOC, TOA).

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, affidavits, and discovery documents.
• Prepare substantive first drafts of litigation filings under attorney supervision.
• Assist with case development, investigation, and fact gathering.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, Fastcase.
• Manage discovery workflows from collection through production.
• Utilize eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, Logikcull).
• Prepare filings via PACER and state e-filing systems.
• Support trial preparation through exhibit management.
