Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of paralegal experience in a commercial firm, government or educational institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex analyses across diverse practice areas within Litigation.
• Coordinate litigation and discovery, including fact-finding and witness interviews.
• Prepare, edit and organize documents such as contracts, leases, and licenses.
• Assist with trial preparation, e-Discovery, chronologies and project management.
