Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules.
• Advanced eDiscovery experience.
• Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Logikcull, Reveal).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage significant case responsibilities and deadlines.
• Support pleadings, discovery, depositions, law and motion, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft and organize subpoenas, declarations, discovery materials, exhibits, trial notebooks, chronologies, and privilege logs.
• Manage large-scale document reviews, ESI collections, productions, and quality-control processes.
• Assist with trial technology, demonstrative exhibits, witness coordination, and courtroom support.
• Prepare post-judgment documents and assist with administrative records and appendices.
• Collaborate with attorneys, vendors, litigation support teams, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage significant case responsibilities and deadlines
• Support pleadings, discovery, depositions, law and motion, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft and organize subpoenas, declarations, discovery materials, exhibits, trial notebooks, chronologies, and privilege logs
• Manage large-scale document reviews, ESI collections, productions, and quality-control processes
• Assist with trial technology, demonstrative exhibits, witness coordination, and courtroom support

• Familiarity with TAR, CAL, predictive coding, and AI-assisted legal workflows
• Excellent organizational, analytical, research, and project management skills

Candidates must be flexible to work additional hours and travel on short notice as litigation demands.
