Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Paralegal to support the Department of Justice in high-profile cases, focusing on litigation support and discovery preparation for upcoming trials.

The role offers growth in eDiscovery, case management, and database maintenance, with tuition reimbursement for Relativity certifications and Senior Paralegal Certificates. DOJ MBI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required; paralegal certificate or equivalent training/experience.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience or related project experience.
• At least one year of automated litigation support experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures.
• U.S. citizenship and DOJ MBI clearance obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Index, track and control document discovery and materials.
• Prepare materials for attorneys for discovery, motions, briefs and legal documents.
• Summarize depositions and maintain case files; perform simple research.
• Index exhibits and prepare cross-references; assist in courtroom.
• Review documents for relevance and privilege per guidelines.
• Handle FOIA, production requests and inquiries as needed.
