Job summary

Merz Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the Legal and Compliance Department. You will manage outside counsel engagements, monitor legal spend, and assist with corporate governance, licensing submissions, and contract management.

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. The Senior Paralegal will help implement a global contracting system, maintain archival processes, and provide litigation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduation from an accredited paralegal program.
• Minimum of ten (10) years in a related role or equivalent.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft standard contract templates and exhibits and analyze agreements.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Finance and business partners on timelines and deliverables.
• Manage transition to global contracting system and train users.
