Lyell Immunopharma is seeking a Paralegal to support a broad range of legal, corporate, public company reporting and healthcare compliance functions. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and can be based in South San Francisco or Seattle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification (or extensive experience in lieu of certification).
• 8+ years total experience, 5+ years as a paralegal in life sciences or top-tier law firm.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with MS 365, legal AI tools, contract mgmt databases.

Responsabilités

• Manage the contract database and ensure accurate reporting to Finance.
• Draft, review and negotiate standard agreements and playbooks under attorney supervision.
• Support maintenance of corporate insurance policies and renewals.
• Assist with preparation and filing of SEC reports and public company compliance.
• Support healthcare compliance and data privacy programs; FMV and spend tracking.
