Job summary

Ignite Human Capital in the United States is seeking a senior Case Manager to oversee complex litigation, coordinating across attorneys, clients, and vendors. This role requires strong leadership of paralegals, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient case operations in a hybrid, full-time setting.

You will draft documents, manage court deadlines, and liaise with clients and outside counsel while maintaining compliant workflows across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation.
• Experience leading complex cases and legal teams preferred.
• California Paralegal requirements if based in CA.
• Extensive experience with product liability, mass tort, and class actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases from factual and procedural perspectives, ensuring systems and workflows track all activity.
• Coordinate as the central point for attorneys, clients, outside counsel, opposing counsel, paralegals, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, summaries, and other materials for attorney review.
• Lead paralegals and supervise case teams, coordinating projects with attorneys.
• Manage case budgets, staffing, and resources to stay within budget.
