Job summary

Ignite Human Capital seeks an experienced Case Manager to oversee high-stakes litigation support. You will act as a central point of coordination among attorneys, clients, and outside counsel, leading paralegals and vendors, and managing budgets and case operations.

The role requires extensive experience in product liability, mass tort, and class actions, with a proven ability to lead teams, monitor resources, and ensure efficient workflows across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Senior-level paralegal experience with complex litigation matters.
• Experience coordinating across attorneys, clients, and vendors.
• Strong budgeting and case operations skills.
• Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local rules and filing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and track all case activity
• Coordinate among attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals and vendors
• Draft legal documents and summaries for attorney review
• Lead paralegal and oversee workflows within budget
• Develop and manage case budgets and resources
• Oversee electronic case-management tools and systems
