Qualifications

• Proven corporate paralegal experience in-house or at a major firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with corporate documents and litigation matters.
• Support contract management, signature pages, and resolutions.
• Maintain litigation files, databases, and tracking systems.
• Conduct research, due diligence, and summarize findings.
• Prepare preservation notices and manage e-discovery activities.
• Coordinate subpoenas, board materials, and subsidiary records.
• Review invoices for compliance with billing guidelines.
• Draft templates and assist with formation documents for entities.
