Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversight of pending and threatened litigation matters, including liability analysis for business clients.
• Responsible for case management, including financial analysis and reserve establishment.
• Directing and managing outside counsel and e-discovery vendors.
• Conducting factual reviews and investigations across a wide range of legal issues.
• Assisting in pre-litigation dispute resolution, including negotiations with claimants.
