The role involves advising senior management, developing litigation strategies, and supporting pre-litigation dispute resolution efforts. The candidate should have a JD from a top US school, active bar admission, and extensive in-house litigation experience, including budget and cost

Qualificações

• The candidate should have four-year bachelor’s degree or international equivalent education, along with a JD degree.
• In-house litigation management experience is preferred, including 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong questioning and reasoning skills, plus excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are important for the role.
• JD degree from a top US school.
• Bar admission in at least one state and in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversight of pending and threatened litigation matters with liability analysis for business clients.
• Manage all aspects of case management, including financial analysis and reserves.
• Direct outside counsel and e-discovery vendors; supervise discovery and budgets.
• Conduct factual reviews and investigations across legal issues.
• Assist in pre-litigation dispute resolutions via negotiations with claimants.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas served on the company or affiliates.
• Provide strategic input on defense and resolution in litigation matters.
