Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with corporate documents and litigation matters
• Support contract management, signature pages, and resolutions
• Maintain litigation files, databases, and tracking systems
• Conduct research and summarize key findings for legal matters
• Prepare preservation notices and manage e-discovery tasks
• Coordinate board materials and related corporate actions
