Qualifications

• Five or more years as a professional litigation paralegal.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and ABA-certified paralegal certification.
• Familiarity with online legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and litigation support systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage breach of warranty, lemon law, and consumer litigation under counsel supervision.
• Analyze issues and determine defense or settlement strategy.
• Review pleadings and discovery, guide outside counsel.
• Provide training to national and regional consumer affairs staff.
• Serve as knowledge resource for non-attorney staff on complex problems.
• Contribute to brand value and profitable growth.
