The ideal candidate has 5+ years in litigation paralegal work, a Bachelor’s in a related field, ABA-certified certification, and strong research and MS Office skills. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence Monday-Thursday.

Qualifications

• Five or more years as professional litigation paralegal.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Professional Certification as a paralegal from an ABA certified program.
• Familiarity with online legal research tools and computing reports.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of counsel, manage breach of warranty, lemon law, and consumer litigation and supervise outside counsel.
• Analyze issues and determine defense or settlement strategy.
• Review pleadings and discovery and provide guidance to outside counsel.
• Provide training to national and regional consumer affairs employees.
• Serve as knowledge resource for non-attorney staff and develop solutions.
• Contribute to building brand value and profitable growth.
