Raydar is recruiting for a senior corporate paralegal role in Austin, TX, supporting attorneys across multiple corporate practice areas with entity formation, deal closings and governance work.

You will manage cap tables, draft governance documents and coordinate multi-state filings while collaborating with attorneys at all levels. A hybrid setup starts at four days in the office, with a transition to three days.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of corporate paralegal experience required.
• Hands-on cap table management and option plans experience.
• Experience with corporate formations, deal closing coordination and governance drafting.

Aufgaben

• Support attorneys across venture, M&A, governance, regulatory and IP filings.
• Handle entity formations, state filings and multi-state tax submissions.
• Coordinate closings from start to finish, collect signatures and distribute final docs.
• Update capitalization tables using cap table platforms.
• Draft and maintain governance documents like resolutions and board minutes.
• Work with attorneys from associates to partners and adjust to different styles.
