Job summary

Raydar is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to support multiple corporate practice areas, manage cap tables and option plans, and coordinate deal closings from start to finish in a hybrid Austin, TX role. You will draft governance documents, maintain corporate records, and work with attorneys from associates to partners while recording hours toward annual targets.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of corporate paralegal experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Hands-on cap table management and option plan administration.
• Experience with corporate formations, deal closings and governance drafting.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while collaborating with a team.
• Comfort supporting multiple practice areas and guiding associates.
• Strong client and attorney communication skills.
• Record hours and meet yearly productivity targets.
• Willingness to work extended hours during deal closings.
• On-site in Austin, TX four days/week at start, moving to three.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support across corporate practice areas.
• Handle entity formations, state filings, and multi-state tax submissions.
• Coordinate end-to-end deal closings, investor tracking, and final docs.
• Update and maintain capitalization tables using cap table tools.
• Draft and maintain governance documents such as resolutions and board minutes.
• Collaborate with attorneys from associates to partners.
