Responsibilities

• Entity Formations & Maintenance: coordinate formation data, file formations, registrations, and related filings.
• Deal Closing Coordination: manage investor trackers, consent thresholds, signature collection, and closing documents.
• Document Management: maintain cloud-based client workspaces and assist with document management platforms.
• Document Drafting & Corporate Governance: draft resolutions, equity awards, board and stockholder approvals, and update cap tables.
