Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Paralegal to support the Legal Department’s corporate governance function. You will manage records, board materials, entity formation and regulatory filings under guidance from in‑house counsel.

The role focuses on multi‑jurisdictional governance and compliance across subsidiaries. The Senior Paralegal will work closely with senior management and external advisors, handling confidential matters with discretion in a fast-paced environment located

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field or ABA‑approved paralegal certification.
• 6–8 years of corporate legal experience, with domestic and international subsidiaries.
• Notary Public commission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate records, minutes, and consents for subsidiaries across jurisdictions.
• Draft and review bylaws, resolutions, operating agreements, and officer certificates.
• Support governance policies and best practices for the organization.
• Coordinate Board materials, minutes, and board portal publishing for meetings.
• Lead entity formations, filings, and annual reports with external advisors.
