Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, Florida is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the corporate governance function for domestic and international subsidiaries. You will work closely with in-house counsel, senior management, external advisors to manage records, board materials, entity formation and maintenance, and regulatory filings.

This onsite role requires initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to handle multi‑jurisdictional matters under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field; ABA‑approved certification preferred.
• 6–8 years in corporate legal environment with subsidiary management.
• Notary Public commission preferred.
• Strong governance knowledge across multiple jurisdictions; board portal experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate records and minutes for domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
• Draft bylaws, resolutions, and officer certificates; support governance policies.
• Coordinate board and committee meeting materials and records.
• Assist with entity formation, filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage special cross‑functional projects with the legal team.
