Natus Sensory Inc. is seeking a Senior Paralegal to own the day‑to‑day contract lifecycle for a global MedTech company. You will also support corporate governance, IP portfolio management, litigation, and legal operations, building scalable processes and tools.

This remote role reports to the General Counsel and requires strong drafting, negotiation, and CLM implementation skills. Prior MedTech or regulated industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate (JD/LLM optional).
• 7+ years as a paralegal with 4+ years in contracts in a corporate setting.
• Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage contract intake, triage, and tracking for requests from Sales, Procurement, R&D, HR, and other teams.
• Draft first versions of commercial agreements from templates, including NDAs, distributor and supply agreements, customer agreements, and standard Terms & Conditions.
• Review and redline counterparty terms against company templates, escalating deviations to the General Counsel.
• Coordinate contract approval workflow, signatures, and execution.
• Maintain a central contract repository and track key renewal and termination dates.
• Lead the selection and adoption of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, including migrating legacy contracts.
• Support vendor registration and compliance filings for US government contracts (SAM.gov, state portals).
• Maintain corporate records, filings across entities, and governance materials.
• Provide IP portfolio support and docket coordination with outside counsel and internal teams.
• Support litigation, disputes, and legal operations including governance and audits.
