Avrek Law Firm in Arizona seeks an experienced Senior Paralegal with conservatorship experience to support the litigation team in our Arizona office. This role emphasizes managing sensitive conservatorship matters alongside personal injury cases, coordinating with probate and superior courts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of paralegal experience and a strong understanding of Arizona court procedures, with excellent organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury law.
• Hands-on experience with conservatorships/guardianships (Arizona preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Arizona court procedures and filing requirements.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial.
• Prepare, file, and track conservatorship and guardianship pleadings.
• Coordinate with probate and superior courts regarding conservatorship matters.
• Draft legal documents including petitions, motions, discovery, and settlement packages.
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and court personnel.
• Organize medical records, billing, liens, and settlement documentation.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and mediation materials.
