Avrek Law Firm, a prominent personal injury firm with a California base, seeks a skilled paralegal to support our Arizona litigation team, focusing on conservatorships and guardianships. The role requires handling sensitive cases from intake to resolution and coordinating with probate and superior courts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in personal injury paralegal work, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with case management tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury law.
• Hands-on experience with conservatorships/guardianships (Arizona preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Arizona court procedures and filing requirements.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial.
• Prepare, file, and track conservatorship and guardianship pleadings.
• Coordinate with probate and superior courts regarding conservatorship matters.
• Draft legal documents including petitions, motions, discovery, and settlement packages.
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and court personnel.
• Organize medical records, billing, liens, and settlement documentation.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and mediation materials.
