Job summary

Sudden Wealth Protection Law, PLC is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal with probate experience to own a caseload and drive matters end to end in Arizona. The role supports guardianship/conservatorship, trust files, and probate filings.

This Phoenix-based firm offers a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in the office) with remote consideration for the right candidate. You’ll work closely with senior attorneys, manage deadlines, and leverage Clio, Box, and document automation to stay ahead.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of litigation experience, with at least 3 years handling probate matters in Arizona.
• Paralegal certificate or associate's degree preferred.
• Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and deadline discipline.
• Ability to manage a full workload and prioritize across matters.
• High comfort with technology: Clio, Box, document automation, spreadsheets, cloud storage, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file probate petitions, inventories, accountings, and trust-funding documents.
• Draft documents from firm templates using drafting software.
• Calendar deadlines, hearings, and events, and keep a clear next step on every matter.
• Communicate with clients and beneficiaries, providing regular updates.
• Keep case notes current and matter files organized in Box.
• Proactively flag any matter that needs attention at weekly case review.
• Log time contemporaneously.
