Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in contract administration; healthcare strongly preferred.
• BA, BS or equivalent in related field preferred. Advanced Degree preferred.
• Must be a quick learner with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes contract requirements, terms and conditions for compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
• Drafts contracts based on term sheets, financial models and approvals.
• Communicates contract policies to internal teams and ensures review and execution per guidelines.
• Prepares and administers contract documents for timely submission and execution.
• Coordinates approvals and responses during contract negotiation.
• Drafts and negotiates healthcare documents and commercial agreements.
