Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals seeks a Paralegal, Contracts to support the contracts group by reviewing, revising, drafting, and administering a broad range of commercial agreements. You will work under an attorney and collaborate with business partners to ensure timely reviews and accurate records.

The role involves consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, SOWs, amendments, and adherence to master agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in corporate or contracts paralegal work.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and administering commercial contracts.
• Experience using electronic contract management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review, revise, and draft a high volume of contracts (consulting, vendor, NDA, SOW, amendments).
• Evaluate contract terms for policy and legal compliance.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external counsel to address non-standard terms.
• Manage and track contract requests through review, negotiation, execution, and filing.
