Job summary

Ignite Human Capital in the United States is seeking a seasoned Case Manager to lead complex litigation matters under attorney supervision. This role serves as the central coordinator among attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, and vendors, blending advanced case operations with leadership and budget oversight.

The successful candidate will mentor teams, manage case workflows, draft materials for review, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules across high-volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation.
• Experience leading paralegal teams and coordinating case workflows.
• Strong knowledge of product liability, mass torts, and class actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and workflows across teams.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and vendors.
• Draft documents and summaries for attorney review.
• Lead paralegal team and delegate tasks.
