Job summary

Diamond Personnel is recruiting for a Senior IP Litigation Paralegal for a global law firm in Washington, DC. The role supports complex patent litigation matters, ITC, and trial preparation, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) and a target of 1,650 billable hours.

5–7+ years of experience and a strong track record in federal court filings are preferred. Ideal candidate will manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with partners and associates on discovery

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• ITC experience is required.
• Hands-on trial preparation experience; multiple trials preferred.
• Federal court filing and e-filing experience.
• PTAB and Federal Circuit experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USPTO Patent Center and patent terminology.
• Experience with Relativity and other litigation support platforms preferred.
• Stable employment history strongly preferred.
• Large/peer law firm experience highly desirable.

Our client, a global law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior IP Litigation Paralegal to join its Intellectual Property practice in Washington, DC. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned paralegal with strong patent litigation, ITC, and trial preparation experience.

• Location: Washington, DC
• Schedule: Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 remote
