We are seeking a full-time senior paralegal/paralegal coordinator primarily to service our Private Funds and Investment Management practice group, with some overlap between our other practice areas. Responsibilities include formation and ongoing maintenance of investment fund complexes and other corporate entities including regulatory compliance, assisting with general transactions and closings, research, document preparation and updating, and other projects and tasks as may be required. Direct client contact and in depth, substantive work in connection with our clients’ ongoing securities offerings. Assist Paralegal Manager with preparation of training materials, as well as onboarding, training and supervision of junior paralegals. Position will also serve as a “conflicts administrator” and be deeply involved with the Firm’s conflicts check process (via Intapp).

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications are an undergraduate degree and a strong academic background (GPA of 3.2 or above). Candidates must be organized, conscientious, detail oriented and comfortable interacting with attorneys and clients. Four+ years of relevant experience in the business and/or legal profession, preferably in the financial/investment management arena.
