Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. in New York partners with a Global Law Firm to add an experienced Senior Paralegal to their Investment Funds Practice Group.

The role supports attorneys on formation, maintenance, and administration of investment funds, including preparing fund documents, regulatory filings, and coordinating with clients and third parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of paralegal experience, with Investment Funds experience.
• Knowledge of investment fund structures and fund formation.
• Experience with fund launches, closings, and regulatory matters.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining fund agreements and filings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of paralegal experience, with significant experience supporting Investment Funds, Asset Management, Private Equity, or related financial services practices.
• Strong knowledge of investment fund structures, fund formation, ongoing fund administration, and related legal documentation.
• Experience supporting complex fund launches, transactions, closings, and regulatory matters.
• Strong experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining fund agreements, organizational documents, regulatory filings, and closing materials.
