Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution and recordkeeping of legal documents.
• Support trading, account and investor documentation (ISDAs, prime brokerage agreements, DDQs).
• Manage outside counsel invoices.
• Provide day-to-day support to the legal team.

Our client, an investment management firm based in New York, is seeking a Paralegal to support its legal team across a broad range of contract, regulatory and corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage contracts, including NDAs and vendor agreements
• Prepare KYC and client onboarding documentation
• Support regulatory and corporate filings, including Form ADV, Form D, blue sky filings and other SEC filings
• Assist with entity management and corporate governance matters, including obtaining EINs and preparing related tax forms
• Coordinate the execution and recordkeeping of legal documents
• Support trading, account and investor documentation, including ISDAs, prime brokerage agreements and DDQs
• Manage outside counsel invoices
• Provide general day-to-day support to the legal team

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of paralegal experience within financial services, either at an investment firm or within a law firm’s investment management, funds or corporate group
• Experience with regulatory filings, entity management and contract management
