Role Description

The Senior Paralegal is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for managing complex case files, trial and hearing prepararion, drafting and organizing legal documents, and supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation. Daily tasks include conducting client interviews, performing legal and factual research, reviewing and summarizing documents, drafting pleadings, correspondence,, and maintaining accurate case calendars and deadlines. The Senior Paralegal will coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties, ensuring timely communication and document filing. This role also involves conducting monthly billing, mentoring junior paralegals, implementing best practices for case management, and contributing to process improvements within the firm.

This position has a billable hour requirement of 1,600 hours with a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000.

Qualifications
