The ideal candidate has employment law experience, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of employment law experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of employment law matters.
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, discovery responses, and case files.
• Assist with employment-related claims including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination.
• Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation schedules.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings.
• Obtain and organize personnel and payroll records and other documents.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies.
• Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and exhibits for attorney review.
• Assist with court filings and document production.
• Ensure progress and accuracy across all matters.

• Ensure all matters progress efficiently while maintaining accurate and organized records.
