Role Description:

This full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role is based in Miami, Florida. The Associate Attorney will handle a range of legal matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, as well as reviewing and interpreting relevant laws and regulations.Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing case law, preparing case strategies, and providing legal advice under the supervision of supervising attorneys. The Associate Attorney is expected to participate in negotiating settlements and agreements, attend and engage in client meetings, prepare for hearings, and coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and internal team members. The Associate Attorney is expected to manage a caseload efficiently, meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the firm’s overall client service goals. This position requires high-volume legal drafting on condensed timeframes.
