The Paralegal will support attorneys with high-stakes commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the United Statwa. The role is an on-site role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Day-to-day responsibilities include assuring proper tracking and reminders of, and compliance with deadlines, drafting and preparing legal documents, organizing case files, conducting legal and factual research, and assisting with discovery and document production.
The Paralegal will review, summarize, and manage large volumes of documents, maintain case calendars and deadlines, and help prepare materials for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
