Job summary

Voith US Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Fiber Systems product strategy from concept through launch and ongoing improvement.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Applications, Service, and Supply Chain to deliver differentiated, market-leading solutions in North America. The role requires deep pulp and paper domain knowledge, strong communication skills, and travel up to 50% to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• Pulp and paper experience is a must; preferably at least five years.
• Market-facing experience is a strong plus.
• Strong technical skills and business acumen.
• Ability to develop and support go-to-market strategies based on delivering external and internal business impact.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present business and technical topics effectively.
• Willingness and availability to travel for customer visits and business needs. Estimated travel for the role is 50%.
• Preference is for the person to be located in Appleton, WI, but there is flexibility for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain expert knowledge of Fiber Systems product lines.
• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the assigned portfolio in NA.
• Partner with stakeholders to support product strategies and drive profitable growth.
• Identify market opportunities through research and industry trends.
• Define business cases and prioritize initiatives based on customer impact.
• Serve as technical product expert for Sales, Applications, Service, and customers.
• Drive sales, profitability, and growth for new machines, rebuilds, upgrades, and wear parts.
• Develop and execute growth plans with Global Product Management and NA Voith team.
• Provide NA market feedback to Global Product Management.
