Job summary

The Foth Companies seeks an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead capital and improvement projects for manufacturing clients across the paper, converting, tissue, and related industries. You will act as the main client interface, guiding scope development through installation and start-up.

Based in Green Bay, WI; Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Minneapolis, MN or remotely within the U.S., you will coordinate multi-discipline teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years leading capital projects in manufacturing
• Experience in paper/printing/converting or related industries
• Experience leading multi-discipline project teams through lifecycle
• Experience with scope, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies
• Experience using project management tools for tracking

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for project activities and relationships
• Lead planning and execution of multi-discipline capital projects within budget and schedule
• Manage all phases: scope, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up
• Coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, and contractors
• Ensure changes are documented, evaluated, and executed
• Coordinate procurement activities and equipment purchasing strategies
• Support safety plans and client safety standards
• Collaborate with clients and teams to identify corrective actions
• Support presentations, reviews, and proposals
• Travel 25–35% as needed
