Job summary

The Senior Pantry Coordinator / Operations Manager at Breathe Project oversees daily operations of the storefront and mobile pantries, ensuring staff coverage, stock levels, safety, and compliance with partner, state, and federal requirements.

This role supervises hourly staff and volunteers, coordinates food procurement and distribution, maintains records, and monitors the pantry budget while delivering excellent service to pantry clients.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with hourly staff and volunteers.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proven communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to protect confidential client information and maintain records.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and pantry-management software.

Responsibilities

• Staff and Volunteer Supervision: recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Pantry Operations and Food Distribution: oversee storefront and mobile pantry distributions and ensure safety.
• Records, Reporting, and Budget Management: maintain client records and pantry budget, prepare reports.
• Procurement and Coordination: order food, receive deliveries, manage inventory.
• Additional Responsibilities: support other programs and perform duties as assigned.
