Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Registered Pharmacist status is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication order approval and distribution with appropriate dose, route, frequency and duration.
• Collaborate on opioid stewardship to demonstrate less opioid exposure and safer prescribing.
• Supervise Pharm.D. students, technicians, and teaching for staff.
• Coordinate all aspects of patients' pharmaceutical needs in patient care areas.
