The Ohio State University is seeking a Specialty Practice Pharmacist (HS) at James Cancer Hospital. You will coordinate patients' pharmaceutical needs, review orders, and ensure safe and effective chemotherapy care.

You will supervise Pharm.D. students, provide staff education, and collaborate with physicians, nurses and Dietetics. Ohio licensed pharmacist, board certified required; residency preferred.

Qualificações

• Registered Ohio pharmacist; board certified; Pharm.D./MS with residency or equivalent experience.
• Experience verifying chemotherapy notes and non-formulary requests is preferred.
• Capable of supervising Pharm.D. students and providing staff education.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of patients' pharmaceutical needs in care areas.
• Approve medication orders, ensure appropriate dose, route, frequency.
• Review patient profiles for interactions and allergies; collaborate with clinicians.
• Teach and provide educational programs to hospital staff.
