Job summary

The Ohio State University Palliative Medicine Team is seeking a Pharmacist to contribute to direct patient care and perform comprehensive drug reviews for adults and geriatrics in inpatient and outpatient settings.

As a senior member, you will supervise Pharm.D. students, coordinate scheduling and onboarding, and collaborate with opioid stewardship to promote safer prescribing practices within the medical center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and Pharmacist registration required.
• 1 year of relevant experience required; 2-4 years preferred.
• Hospital/palliative care experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide drug information and optimize therapies for palliative care patients.
• Supervise Pharm.D. students and staff teaching activities.
• Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and resource allocation for the team.
