Job summary

Davis Defense Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support Advanced Development Team (PMA 213) on PALC systems. On-site at Patuxent River, MD, the role requires extensive program analysis experience and a Secret clearance to coordinate with DoN agencies and internal IPTs.

The position emphasizes managing schedules, budgets, and documentation, while collaborating with senior leadership to draft acquisitions materials and briefings for PM leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience performing program / project analysis.
• Experience with PALC systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or supplemental experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Liaison for PALC IPTs within the PMA and with external agencies.
• Attend, support and update program/project briefings, schedules and acquisitions documentation.
• Review and provide recommendations to program/project budgets, support program/project team leadership in management, tracking of acquisitions milestones, cost schedule and performance documentation.
• Support the PALC IPT and systems across the ship and shore IPTs within the PMA.
• Gather management inputs for family of systems meetings with external agencies and support road maps development.
