Job summary

Davis Defense Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Analyst for the Advanced Development Team (PMA 213) at Patuxent River, MD. This on-site role requires a Secret clearance, Exempt status, and a salary range of $150,000–$160,000. Requisition #305.

The role focuses on PALC system analysis, schedule and budget tracking, and liaison with IPTs and external agencies to drive acquisitions, roadmaps and mission-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of program/project analysis experience.
• Experience with PALC systems.
• Experience supporting NAVAIR programs is a plus.
• Experience drafting acquisitions documentation and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for PALC IPTs within the PMA and with external agencies.
• Attend, support and update program/briefings, schedules and acquisitions documentation.
• Review and provide recommendations to budgets, and track milestones, cost, schedule & performance.
• Support PALC IPT and systems across ship and shore IPTs within the PMA.
• Coordinate monthly meetings with DoN agencies and gather product inputs.
